How To Measure Belt Length

Finding the perfect belt size is easy! Follow one of the methods below to ensure the best fit. Remember, our belt sizes are based on waist measurements—trouser sizes can vary by brand and style, so they may not always be accurate for belt sizing.

Method 1: Measure Your Existing Belt

Take a belt you wear comfortably and measure from the leather end of the buckle (do not include the buckle in the measurement) to the end of the strap. Once you have the total length of the strap excluding the buckle you can compare this length to our size chart to pick the correct size.

Method 2: Measure Your Waist with a Tape

Put on a pair of trousers that fit well and stand in a relaxed position. Then wrap a soft tape measure through the belt loops so the tape is snug but not too tight. Use this measurement to pick your correct belt size from our size chart, which details the lengths of the strap and where the holes sit.
