No, if you do not want to set up an account with us, you have the option to checkout as a guest. All you’ll need is your contact and shipping information!

How do i place an order on your site?

To place an order online, follow these simple steps:Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, select the size or colour and add it to your cart. If you wish to continue shopping, you can return to your cart at any point by clicking the cart icon in the top right-hand corner and proceeding to checkout, enter your payment details and information,once your order is complete, you will receive order confirmation via email.

Can I change an order shipping address that is already submitted?

Yes,please contact us to change the order address.
But please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped.

Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order, you can track your order here.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card. information is not stored on our servers.

Where is my order shipped from?

Our belts and other leather goods are designed in the US and HK, then handmade to order by expert artisans in our partner factory.
Whenever possible, orders are delivered directly to you from our partner factory. Orders are sent with express shipping.

Can I place a large order for my company?

How do I return an item?

What is the Return Policy?

We offer a 30 day trial period. Try out this item for 30 days. If it's not right, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Check out our refund policy.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

Please contact us within 5 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the returns process?

Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

What should I do if my refund is incorrect?

We will offer a full refund for all returnable item, excluding shipping fee. Coupon codes will not be refunded as monetary value.

When will I receive my refund?

Why was my package returned?

There are multiple possible reasons:

3) Unable to deliver

Why does it shows my package has been delivered but I didn't receive the package?

Packages might be delivered to your nearby mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your nearby mail box and with your neighbors first. Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number and your ID card.
